Athens city tour starts from the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896. Continue and pass by the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit, the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally "the harmony between material and spirit", the monument that "puts order in the mind", the Parthenon.
After breakfast we will pick you up and drive to port to embark the cruise ship for the full day cruise at the islands of the Saronic Gulf. During your stay in Hydra you can walk along the waterfront, the heart of the town which encounters monuments, churches, canons, museums, and old mansions, statues of famous heroes, the old gunpowder store, shops and cafes. Relax with the amazing view of Poros from the Clock Tower. Enjoy lunch on board and get ready to explore the largest of the three islands, Aegina. On the way back a traditional Greek folk show with singers and dancers will entertain you up to the final moment as the ship arrives in Athens filling this day with unforgettable moments.
